What are your hours of operations?
San Ramon Valley Conference Center meeting facilities operates primarily Monday through Friday for most conferences. Weekend and evening availability can be arranged. Guest rooms are available 7 days a week.
How far in advance can we book space?
Some hotels and conference centers will only take day meeting reservations 30-45 days in advance. Many of our customers reserve their space more than 1 year in advance.
What if I have special dietary restrictions?
Our food is prepared on-site daily by our professionally trained staff; and our Chef can customize menus in advance to suit the demands of any agenda. Please mention this to your Conference Coordinator so we can make arrangements.
What is the difference between your conference center and most area hotels?
We offer a dedicated training environment starting with:

We provide a Day Meeting Package for those in for the day and a Complete Meeting Package for those requiring overnight accommodations.

Sweet and salty snacks for the afternoon break served in our Continuous Break Room

Do you have an area for team building?
We have ample outdoor space for teambuilding and if you should need assistance, we can refer you to a teambuilding company who knows our property and can arrange something for you
What if I have need technical assistance when setting up my meeting?
We provide on site AV Staff to assist in your set up all the way to guiding or assisting you with your questions or special needs while you are here.
Does your facility offer catered theme events, as well as meeting and training programs?
We serve breakfast lunch and dinner in our dining room and offer a wide variety of specialized menus for any occasion.
What if I need color transparencies made or assistance with a Power Point presentation?
Our on site Business Services can support you with your meeting needs. We offer a full range of color and black and white copy services. In
addition to shipping, standard supplies and desktop publishing is also available.
