Conference Rooms
Each meeting room is equipped with comfortable, ergonomic chairs, extra wide conference tables, and solid walls. Each meeting room has it's own dedicated audio visual equipment. The meeting rooms are also conveniently located near refreshment break stations. All break stations are freshly stocked with fruits, juices, coffee, tea, rolls, pastries, soft drinks, and snacks.

Planning and Event Management
At San Ramon Valley Conference Center, each group is provided with a Conference Coordinator to assist in all the details of coordinating meetings. This assures that all meeting components - including food and beverage, breakout rooms, audio visual needs and accommodations - are handled by one single source. We will answer every question you have about our capabilities, availability, costs, and facilities promptly and completely.
